I am starting a precious metals business in NC and for the dealer permit it asks "List all felony convictions in any state or federal court: List all other criminal convictions in any state or federal court during the past five years, excluding minor traffic violations:" I have no felony convictions but I do have two misdemeanor charges from when I was 18 years old. What am I legally required to disclose. I checked my criminal record only one of the convictions showed up. I am pretty sure that the other was expunged. Should this affect my chance of being approved? Thanks for any help. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

**A: I don't know since I don't know the approval criteria of the dealer.
