I live and am a resident in the state of Iowa. While visiting Florida recently I was stopped on my motorcycle for not wearing eyewear. At this time I was also cited for driving while under suspensiion. (Under suspension in the state of Iowa.) My question is, I got a notice to appear in court back in Florida. Do I have to appear? Financially it is impossible for me. What are my options? Can I just pay a fine and be done with it?
Please help asap. Thanks - CTrumph
