What is the minimum age to start a business/company/corporation/etc.?

Hello, I am underage (16) but would like to start a business/company/corporation. Most likely, this will be a one-man service as I mainly want a "company" for the officiality of it. Is this possible (with or without parental guardian consent)? What would be the best option for me?

The minimum age required in CA is 1 minute after birth lol .. no age limit to form a LLC.

And outside a LLC or S corp? No limit but you may run into issues being under 18 from people you want to deal with, maybe not - you should know this better than I.
