My name's Julien, I live in NYC and I start a LLC.
After study Herbalism, I made my own formula with natural herbs.
This formula is for the Power Energy, and its work pretty well.
So I decide to make my own LLC and doing the production of this product and sell to differente store on wholesale price.
I need some advice about the trademark, if I need a patent and a copy right?
Also what I need to do for protect my self the best as I can about this product.
This product ll be not ( for now) evaluated by the FDA.
I put on the label the CAUTION with all the side effect.
What can I do for start my business on the right way?
