What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nevada, Colorado

Hi, I am starting an online retail business. My EIN is registered in Nevada. Some of the shipping of products will occur out of Colorado. Should I apply for a LLC in Nevada or Colorado?

**A: what entity did you get your EIN for? What state are you in? That is the state for the LLC. And one does not apply for an LLC, you form an LLC and register it.
