Im a self employed roofing subcontracter.I would like
to know if its legal for a contracter to take 20% out
of my weekly payroll for workmans comp.I don't have
my own insurance.But most companys are telling me that
is to much.It's usually only 10%.With a return at the
end of the year if you over paid the prem.This company
has taken 20% out on us for 3 years now with no money
