What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
California.

Hi. I am filed as one of the three partners in a newly started business. I want to take my name off the DBA/General Partnership. From what I've read, I need to file some kind of document with the Secretary of State. I am just unsure of what to file. The closest sounding form I can find is the "Statement of Dissociation" but I want to confirm this first.

Here is the list of forms for General Partnerships provided by the Secretary of state. Which form(s) are the ones I have to file and what documents should I attach when filing?

Other information:
The partnership has no written contracts and has generated no business yet. The other partners would approve of my leave.
