georgia: Someone took a warrant out on me, after i had a police report filed that stated there was no violence exchanged between parties. spent the night in jail. charge: simple battery/domestic violence.
can i sue? the person who swore out a false warrant?
and the sheriff's department? by the way i am a female and he is a male that is 6'4 and younger then me and a convicted felon.
