on 3-13-01, i purhcased a 1995 dodge intrepid from a used car dealership in saco, me, with a 30 day warranty. on the day of delivery, the car would not start. the dealership kept it overnight and claimed to have "fixed the problem". wehn i drove it the next day, the check engine light was on, the wipers didnt work, and the car had a hard time starting. i brought it back to the dealership on 3-20, where they kept the car for a week and then said that they "fixed the problem". when i drove it again, the engine light was still on, and i noticed that the odometer wasnt working. i brought the car in again on 4-18-01. they "fixed" the car and returned it that day. 1 week later my car refused to go forward or backwards, the odometer was still not working, the ac didnt work and ny brakes were slipping and the right rotor is shot. i called to have it fixed again, and the dealership refused to deal with me. they sent me to another garage where the car is currently undergoing "diagnostic tests". am i responsible for paying for repairs, and what recourse do i have to rectify this nasty situation.

car problem

first off we are going through what you did the dealer kepted saying they took care of the problem but i have been there numberous times so i have actually reported them to the attorney general that would be your first step. go higher up if this dealership is big they must have a general manager or something. also report them to the better business bureau. but you should not have to pick up any cost. maybe selling the car would be an option as is so to speak.
