I was wondering, I had been in a job related accident and went to my doctors office and they had me fill out an injury report and treated me for my injury which was only a minor cut. A few months later a co-worker was injured and I drove him to the hospital and before they would treat him they were telling this man to fill a cup for a drug screen test.

So my question is, if someone were to refuse this drug screen at the hospital would this affect there workers compensation payment in any way?

Also does this drug screen violate the 4th amendment in any way?
