What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana

if a husband and a wife got married how far is the right of a wife if her husband owns a business before they got married?...what if he will put the name of his daughter(not her daughter) as the owner of the business?..when they got married her husband still keeps buying assets like trucks and lots..will she have the right of that asset eventhough the assets he is buying will go to the business?

any married couple with a business involved should ALWAYS speak to an atttorney. this is way too complicated of a matter to really be answered on a forum.

because the situation in thise case, your answer is..maybe.
