illegal search and sezier

If the cops go to a home looking for a person,and you are a guest,no one there and they bust in,and 4 male cops strip search 1 female no female cops around and find a baggy with drug resido,illegaly how can they charge you?First off your aminment wrights were violated Carroll County,Ar.

Your constitutional rights -- your 4th amendment right to privacy. Hmm. well, did they have a warrant? If so, all they have to do is knock and announce and come right on in if no one answers.

So, you happened to be there and get caught. Too bad. Go directly to jail and do not collect $200.
