I have recieved a release of garnishment from the court last year, since the plaintiff and I came to an agreement ( they would not sign it)
However, the tried again this year by placing a lien on my Bank account which was overturned by my bank's attorney's, saying it was done out of session ( what does that mean). Eventhough the whole debt has not been paid off, can they re-do the writ, a garnish my accounts, or do I have the right to go to court.
