What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arkansas

I am about to go back to court with my kid's dad, my exhusband, for several issues, but the biggest is his failure to pay child support.

I have full custody, and he is behind almost $20,000. He has counter-petioned to have it lowered.

What normally happens in these situations when you go to court? I am trying to mentally prepare myself.

Will they make him pay the back at the previous ordered amount or the lowered amount?

Will he face jail time?

I appreciate any information that can be shared.
