I'm a local model in Arizona. I worked with a comic book company almost a year ago, I agreed to do two different cover for them. A few months ago I found out through a friend and ebay that the comic company printed a third cover and has been selling it onliine and at local comic conventions. What can I do?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

What do you mean by "do two different cover for them"? If you are a model, did you pose for them? If so, did your agreement limit their use of the photos?
