What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

My friend has been paying a considerable amount child support to his ex wife for a few years due to the fact she has been unemployed. She currently holds 2 degrees including her BA and is licensed in the medical field. She just got a job making minimum watge and is very vocal about she will "neverget a job again" to make his life harder for some sort of payback for him leaving. He is now paying a large sum of child support, has kids 60/40, and now has 2 payments of child care and medical insurance. Can a judge alter his child support because she Is refusing to get a job making more money? The field she's trained in needs employees this is something she is doing on purpose. She's getting plastic sugery, new cars and he is barely making ends meet. She is now to be soon re-married an has no bills except her cars. Is there anything he can do? Its just so sad to see. Thanks for any help!
