So I'm starting an online business in which I have tutors on my website that I recruit. Students select a tutor and then send me money. I then pay the tutor 85% of the fee.
First, is this legal?
Second, if so, how would I handle tax on this? Many of my students and even tutors are not from my state or even the country.
Do I have to contract the tutors?
