Hello,

I would like start a new website that would offer free online coloring pages for kids. The website would offer online coloring with the images of the popular cartoon characters and such. All of the drawings would be done by me, meaning I would draw them from scratch. I am planning on placing ads from Google Adsense, but the access to the website and coloring pages would be free.

My question is: Would that be violating any copyright laws, since I'm drawing these cartoon characters and making the available for online coloring website. Do I need permissions from each of the Cartoon Owner in order to do so?

Please let me know.

Thank you very much
