Regarding child support arrears, can a deadbeat dad still be jailed for non payment after the child in question has turned 18 and graduated from high school? If so when does that punishment option end?

Sure, it's possible.

Will he? Not so likely.

Yes the deadbeat can be jailed, the option goes away when the debt is paid.
