What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MN

We own a small videography business that films weddings and distributes between 1-3 DVDs to our clients. We would like to use popular music in our highlights videos (such as "Marry Me" by Train) - but I'm having a very difficult time figuring out how to do so legally. Any advice is appreciated!
