My husbands x wife is being deployed for 6 months to a year. I heard that my husband dose not have to pay child support if she's gone for more than 30 days. She was gone for 16 months last time and the kids lived with us but we still payed her child support. I just don't want to pay her child support while she's gone again and the kids are staying with us. Is it true that he dose not have to pay if she's gone for more than 30 days.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
