Small claims Judgement collection

About a year ago I got a judgement from small claims court in Florida against the owner of a small local garage who did not fix my car properly. At the time it was about $1600, with accrued interest it is by now closer to $1800. The garage owner is not cooperating with me and is not paying a thing. How can I collect the money owed to me?
