Arkansas: (1) where do you request a copy of a search warrent issued and served? (2) How long, after issued, is a warrent valid? (3) How could a person find out if a friend/acquaintance has a warrent? (4) Can a person living in the same household as a person that is convicted of manufacturing of a controlled substance also be charged, issued a warrent, or have charges brought against them for the same crime if they were not present at the time of the "bust" or wasnt aware of the illegal activities going on?
