What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
If i have published a book that is copyrighted with the Library of congress and am the full source of the ideas and materials in my book, can another author that i decide to work with me on elaborating my book, suddenly claim intellectual property rights?
Thank you! What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
