in louisiana: police arrested my son and I both at the same time for unrelated charges. His was for drug possesion and distribution, mine for shoplifting. they seized his money, which i understand. but they also seized money I had in my pocket, and said it must have been his, too. It was really mine. is this legal and how do i get it back?
