xwa ohio copyrights being infringed

My name is Jessy Simons and i own Xwa ohio (xtreme wrestling alliance ohio) i am haveing problems with a company that just started out mind you we have been around for a year i have worked on all logos and taken all pics or have had them sent to me by my wrestlers i do have the originals saved to a flash drive all dates say Feb 19 2012 to April 15th 2012 they were uploaded to my site on april 16th at this link http://www.freewebs.com/site-1334460766468-250010004697576908/apps/photos/album?albumid=13273964

now i found this on another compay's web site http://hcwohio.webs.com/apps/photos/album?albumid=13275959

i have asked them to remove them they have refused is their any thing i can do to sue them

You can certainly sue them. A more expeditious means would be to find out who is hosting the site and send a DMCA takedown notice.
Most ISPs will roll over to protect themselves under OCILLA.

Doesn't cost anything, you just need to figure out who to send it to.
Looks like their web hosting has a place to report it here: http://www.webs.com/report.htm

Who put in the lower-names on the photos?
For example, who added the "AVALANCHE" to his photo?
