I'm thinking of making an app that finds a local brand name of clothing nearest to me - would that be trademark infringement? For .e.g, let's say I want my app to be called "calvin klein jeans finder" - so would having the brand name in my app's official name be copyright infringement? Can I use the brand name anywhere at all to make the app function correctly? I've seen many apps for tv shows, brand names, etc, built not by the companies themselves, but by some random person, so are they doing something illegal in a sense?

Thanks!
