Use product name trademarks and images in my application

Hi
I want to create an application that allow users to rate products from several fields, like computers, food, etc.
It will contain a list of those products, their names, the manufacturers, the images or logotypes of those products.
Users can comment, rate and get info about them.
Can I use them in my application, as long as I specify the trademark and all the rights of the owner?
