It has been a year since my injury(hernated disks with nerve damage). At my last hearing I was offered a settlement(120K). If I take it, my case is closed for good. I am 28 and now need to go back to school for a new career since the career I had is to physically demanding. I dont know what will happen to my back in the future but if anyone has advise, please let me hear it..ny..paige
