Hi all,

My question relates to my start-up. Myself, a business partner, and a web developer are all equity members of the newly formed LLC (business partner and I are managers). We have reached an agreement with the web developer who is willing to build and develop our web project in return for the equity as told above. My question is this: What type of agreement do I need to have the developer sign in order to insure that the web content he creates will officially belong to the company?

Thanks in advance,

fred
