I live in AZ and recently won a small claims suit against an individual who caused and accident and didn't have insurance. What methods could I use to actually collest my judgement?

My response:

There are various methods, all too lengthy to go into with any specificity here.

But, if you go to your nearest bookstore, in their legal section, you'll find many books on Small Claims court procedures. Toward the ends of these books, you'll find chapters on Judgment Collection. Buy one.
