We are creating an ad campaign using old games and drawing analogies to our work. (Mousetrap, twister, etc.)

We are shooting the shots of the games (not the boxes but the actual games) and placing a copyright notice on the printed promo piece.

Is this allowable. If not, If my staff is actually playing the game (Like a hand in the photo moving a piece) is it permissable?

Thanks
