I incorporated in the state of Texas as Stone Products Inc.
in 1997.

In 2000, another company incorporated under a different name but filed a dba in their county as ''stone products unlimited'' and is marketing and selling in our county.
They are riding on our reputation and taking business away from us.
Isnt this illegal?

Trademark infringement

If you used the name in your county first, then they cannot use it in that county. Their doing so is a violation of your trademark in the name. All you would have to prove in a suit against them is that you used the name in your county before they used it at all.
