what is the "original abstract of judgement?

I don't recall what the 'other' thread was that you posted this response to... but, I will try to answer what I 'think' is your question.

When filing for a 'Judgment Lien' with your county clerk, you need to be sure to send them the ORIGINAL of the Abstract of Judgment, with the embossed seal on it. They will NOT accept a copy.
