In Texas: after being followed by a K-9 sherif for more than 10 minutes, my boyfriend was pulled over for failure to indicate his turn signal within 500 ft. of the intersection. After scanning both licenses he gives him a warning ticket and then asks to search the vehicle (which has nothing illegal in it or about it), what if we had said no to the search?
