Can you get a Texas cop/sheriff in trouble if he says, "I don't care if you have a little sack of weed in the car I'm looking for the big stuff." Twice I have been pulled over for a minor traffic violation and twice I've been given a warning for the violation and then asked to have my vehicle searched, both times clean. I am tired of the harassment, can I get the cop in trouble for saying what he said? I want some justice.
