I'm in Kansas, last year I messed up a ligament in my ankle at work, I did see a doctor for it and workmans comp did pay. Its begining to cause me problems and am constant pain with it, what I want to know is after a year will they still have to pay to see a doctor. I no longer work for the company I hurt it at.

If you did not attend a compensation hearing and if you did but your case was not closed at the hearing, you can apply on a reoccurrence injury.
Seek free consultation from a Compensation Lawyer.
Comp: Lawyers do not collect until the final settlement of your compensation case.
Good Luck.
