I was injured at work in Las Vegas and was found to have a 22% permanent impairment following my disability evaluation. But they state that they are only offering 10% of the award as the additional 12% cannot be supported by medical evidence. Even though it was there doctor that they sent me to that say it should be 22%. What can I do?
