i suspect that a family member is stealing funds from my grandmother's bank account. there is a possiblity of forgery. the bank account in two months time has dwindled from $44,000.00 to less than $10.00. this person is a known drug abuser and currently is living with my grandmother. i am currently trying to get power of attorney from her. what steps can i take to see that this person is arrested and stays in jail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
