I live in Texas.I have been on work comp.for over for over a year for lower back and hip.In just a few months the pay check part will stop.I most likely won't return as an over the road trucker and the Employment Commission says after the checks stop Ican then apply for retraining doing that time can I get child support wavied until the training is complete and I go to work?
