2001 Mazda Tribute piece of junk

North Carolina - Can I get a full refund on my car when the dealer says they fixed the problem but its not fixed? The factory rep has came out & said nothing is wrong with it, but it still has a fuel leak - 2001 Mazda Tribute - in the first 5 months of owning it was in the shop for 65 days!!
The owner of the dealership told me not to come back there so I have nowhere for warranty repairs without having to drive an extra 10 to 20 miles. Please help to get rid of this safety hazard, I have two small children that ride in this vehicle.
