My story begins as such:
I was at a soccer game when I parked my car and left to go see it. When I came back, I noticed that there was a ticket on it. But the name on it was my mom's. I just remembered I was using her car that day I parked. Now, does she have to go to court to pay it, or can I go on her behalf?

Truth Of The Matter

Hello RJB248

Your responsible for the ticket. The car was in your possession and your parked it illegally. Clearly your fault.

Forget going to court! You pay the fine in person at the counter or mail it in and clear up the issue.
