Compensation
I'm not sure what you meant by,"Situation was result of co-worker returning to work following a motorcyle accident involving severe head trauma."
But let me inform you a little of Workmen's Compensation.
Many businesses, private or otherwise, deny employees their compensation rights.
If your injury occurred while in the performance of work and not outside your employment location you are entitle to compensation benefits. Seek representation from an Attorney immediately. Any payment made by you for medical expenses and travel expenses to and from the Doctor's Office or Hospital will be reimburse to you at the hearing. You must make sure to keep all receipts, mileage and appointment records. If your medical visits reqiure paying a toll bridge keep the toll receipts as well.
If the injury is Post Tramatic Stress (Mental), seek help from a Psychaitrist, MD. or a Psychotherapist, MD.
Remember MD. is important PhD. alone will not do.
