pennsylvania:I was sent 3 forms(libc-750,760 & 756) to fill out and mail them to the other attorney.my lawyer sent me 1 original and 1 copy of each and he said to fill out only the copies. I should sign and date the originals Only & mail back to his office to be typed in & then he will forward them to the employer's attorney. Is it OK to sign a blank form ? because your lawyer tells you that's the way it's done? Is this the normal way of doing things between lawyers or can I get in trouble from the defense attorney for not just replying to her.
