I am a homeowner in Washington state. I allowed a friend to move in without a rental agreement. He never paid me the agreed upon amount for rent and is now missing. It has been over 2 months since I saw him last. His belongings are still in my place and I'm wondering if I can sell them for the amount owed to me, or what my options are.
