Hi im from Ohio, i have a question about my car. its broken down and im waiting for my tax refund to have it fixed its about 3.5 hours away from me at my aunts.it is parked in her yard.she got a letter letter telling her it has to be moved in 2 weeks or they will take farther action. the problem is i do not have the money to have it fixed right now what can i do?
