if you are arrested on assault with intent to injured and are released after being in jail for 10 days and are released because the county attourney didn't file the court information papers within 10 day. can they re-arrest you when the papers are filed?

nope,statuet expired,more than likely.you should check on your state,and local laws.you may have had your rights infringed upon,there lack of due process.they may have held you,despite what the laws allow.i am not an attorney,please consult one in your area.
