I'm from TX and got a speeding ticket in VA. If I don't pay it, what reprocussions will occur? Will this still be reflected on my insurance? I don't plan on returning to VA any time soon, and I'm curious about the statute of limitations for failing to attend court/pay the fine. What are the real risks of non-payment?
