The warrantless collection of meta data and more by the government is a Hydra and many agencies are involved, not just one.
Of the courts that have ruled on the legality of said collection, most who have sued were told eventually that they don't have legal standing to sue for the data; and that state secrets privileges apply.
In what case would a person, group, or entity have everything required of " standing" in order to sue and prevail? What would a " "dream case" of meeting all criterion of legal standing look like?
