retaliation from worker's comp.

hey all,
I live in North Carolina. I recieved a back injury approx. 10 years ago. The company is obviously retaliating against me because of this. I would like to read more information about this before I start being more specific (too much to ask at this point). The stress is sometimes more than I can handle. Quitting this job is really not an option.
